When you request early access to ARI, we may collect information you provide, including:

• your work email address
• company name
• role or job title
• approximate monthly invoice volume
• approximate overdue receivables
• whether you are open to a short research conversation
• whether you are interested in testing ARI with real receivables cases

We may also retain information about how you reached the ARI website, such as the outreach source, campaign, or cohort.

How we use this information

We use this information to:

• evaluate interest in ARI
• understand how finance and receivables teams manage overdue accounts
• contact you about ARI early access, research conversations, or potential pilot opportunities
• improve the ARI product and website

We do not sell your personal information.

Website analytics

Product analytics may record general interactions with the site and product examples, whether the Early Access form is opened, a broad role category, selected invoice-volume and overdue-receivables ranges, and whether you indicate interview or pilot interest. When present, it may also include limited outreach labels for source, campaign, and cohort.

We keep product analytics separate from Early Access contact information. We do not send your work email address, company name, or role text as product analytics data.

Service providers

We may use third-party service providers to operate the website, receive Early Access requests, and analyse website usage.

These providers process information only as needed to provide those services to us.

Data retention

We keep information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this notice, including evaluating ARI, conducting research, communicating with interested organisations, and developing the product.

You may ask us to delete information you have provided.
